Description

Powerline Power Rack PPR-200X by Body Solid is ideal for weightlifters who want to lift efficiently and safely, including military presses, squats, and other exercises. Featuring a generously spacious walk in design, the PPR-200X Power Rack provides plenty of room for side to side movement to accommodate an assortment of exercises.

The core of the PPR-200X are 2 heat tempered lift offs as well as two saber style safety rods. These super strength features are durable enough to last for many years.

With the PPR-200X Power Rack, users can poise themselves in 18 different positions combining a wide variety of exercises at different levels. Some recommended exercises include calf raises, incline presses, flat bench presses, shoulder shrugs, and squats. These can all be performed with total comfort and safety with this Power Rack model.

You can even do Lat workouts using the optional Lat Attachment for Powerline Power Rack. This indispensible attachment will let you do even more routines like bicep curls, tricep pulldowns, lat pulldowns, and seated rows to build up and define your back and arms.

The Power Rack also includes 24” spaced upright pillars to enable you to have a full range of free motion. Meanwhile, the 41” chinning bar is generously wide and knurled so you can easily have a firm grip during your chin exercises.

The Powerline Power Rack PPR-200X by Body Solid measures an ergonomic 44” W x 82” H x 46” D and weighs 136 lbs. when fully assembled. It features 1” diameter weight posts that can be used with both standard and Olympic weight plates. The PPR-200X comes with a solid 10 Year Warranty on frame and a 1 Year Warranty on parts exclusive for In Home Use only.
