The press arm is heavy duty and can also fold out to allow for dumbbell workouts as well. The second area provides access to the training cable arms with over one hundred possible exercises. This station also has the leg curl and extension equipment as well.

Handy exercise charts are mounted directly to the machine in the areas where the workouts and exercises can be performed, which eliminates the need for any training or instruction and the owner can jump right into the fun!
